The 18FM is the smallest slide out model in the Nash line. It features a front Murphey bed, U-shaped dinette in the slide out and rear bathroom. As with all Nash models, this is a true 4-season unit with heated holding tanks, optional thermal pane windows and R-14 insulation in ceiling along with R-15 reflective foil.
